The cover and trolley of the series of the electric furnaces are welded by steel plate and section steel. Soft contact between the trolley and furnace lining can sharply reduce thermal radiation and convective thermal losses so as to guarantee the furnace leak proof-ness.
The furnace body is built with high temperature-resistant light bricks and insulating bricks. The equipment is mainly applied to the heating technology of large carbon steel and alloy steel parts, such as the heating, annealing, normalizing, quenching & tempering; surface quenching and tempering; stress-relieving annealing by welding, etc.
The furnace door is controlled to go up and down by up and down of the rolling wheel on the guide rails and is sealed with the domestic advanced spring compression mechanism so as to ensure that when closing, the fiber of furnace door can be matched with the furnace body and sealed tightly, and the fiber will not be fractioned in the closing and opening process of the furnace door. The power of the furnace door and the trolley is provided by the electric motor and planet-cycloid retarder, which has a controlled brake function.
Each active mechanism in the electric furnace is installed with interlocking control, that is, after the furnace door is opened, the power used to heating components will be cut off automatically, and meanwhile, the power used for moving the trolley is recovered; after the furnace door is closed, the power used for moving the trolley will automatically cut off and meanwhile, the power used for heating components recovered. In this way, accidents caused by misoperation can be avoided.
The heating component is winded up by high resistance alloy wires into a belt or helical form, installed on the furnace's two sides and the bricks where the trolley is placed, and then fixed with high-alumina ceramic nails and socket brick just in case of sliding out. On the trolley installs pressure tolerant and high-temperature resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate to load the workpieces. In order to prevent the oxide scale generated by heating the workpiece, from falling into the surrounds of heating components through the clearance in the furnace bottom plate, which might pose damage to the heating components, the contact between the furnace bottom plate and furnace body is of plug-in contact.
